Emily Jean Stone is her full name and she was born in Scottsdale, Arizona with date of birth November 6, 1988. Emma Stone grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where she became a member of a theatre called Valley Youth. When Emme Stone was eleven years old, she debuted on stage in “The Wind in the Willows”. After debuting her first stage production, her association with the theater grew stronger that Emma Stone’s parents home schooled her for two years. Then at the age of fifteen, Emma Stone moved to Los Angeles with her mother hoping that she could make her acting dream come true.

Emma Stone’s first professional on-screen was in 2004 reality television “In Search of the New Partridge Family”. Then after she appeared in TV series such as “Medium”, “Malcolm in the Middle” and “Lucky Louie”, Emma Stone got a recurring role as Violet Trimble in race-themed series by Fox “Drive”, but it didn’t last long.

Emma Stone thought that her luck might get increased if she played in a movie, so Emma Stone decided to jump into 2007 comedy film “Superbad” along with Jonah Hill. For this movie, Emma Stone was asked to change her hair color to red by the producer Judd Apatow. The film with small budget was a success grossing more than $160 million worldwide. One year after that, Emma Stone had the appearances in 2008 movie “The Rocker” as a bass player (she truly learned to play bass for her role) and in “The House Bunny” along with Anna Faris.

Emma Stone continued to build her credibility, her next role after “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past”, “Zombieland”, “Paper Man” and “Marmaduke”, Emma Stone took her chance to play her first leading role as Olive Penderghast alongside Amanda Bynes in 2010 flick “Easy A”. She said that the movie script was funny and sweet, and her character in this movie was fantastic. And for her role in “Easy A”, Emma Stone earned a nomination for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy by Golden Globe.

After the success of the “Easy A” (grossing more than $70 million), Emma Stone appeared alongside Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis in “Friends With Benefits”. Her upcoming roles are as the voice of Eep in 3D animated movie “The Croods”, as Gwen Stacy (the love interest of Peter Parker) in “The Amazing Spider-Man” along with Andrew Garfield and Rhys Ifans, and as Grace Faraday in crime-drama movie “The Gangster Squad”.
